wireless and wire

I have Mac OS X machines

I Have verified that my Macs and my server are on the same
network. they both share IP addresses where the first three numbers
are the same (192.168.2xx.xxx) And the Mac IP addresses is in the same
from the server's IP address (192.168.2xx.xxx )

The Network is wire and wireless the Dsl is a router and we conect and
access point to one of the network nodes
