What OS X software is available for vectorizing images? I used Adobe
Streamline in the past under OS 9, but surely there are others (?)

The auto-trace function in Canvas X works, but I'm looking for a
standalone application.

GraphicConverter will vectorise images ... whether it does exactly what
you require, I don't know.

Thanks for the suggestions. Silhouette looks like it might work, but is
kind of pricy for me right now.

I tried GraphicConverter's vectorize function, and, much later, got a
very wierd result. It creates a PICT file consisting of short vertical,
horizontal, or diagonal line segments. Very strange, and not at all what
I would call vectorization.

I guess I'll stick with Canvas. which is where I'll usually be editing
the results anyway. I did like Streamline, but I don't think Adobe wants
me to have it.
