Is it possible to make a single application password protected so only
one user can open and use that program? Like Mail, for instance.
I searched the newsgoroup archive and see that this was discussed a bit
a few months ago, with no real simple way to do it, short of waiting for
Panther's user-switching on the fly ability.
Any solution in the mean time?

Move the application. Applications don't have to be in the
"Applications" folder, they can usually be almost anywhere. So, move
the application to a folder that only the one user can open.

uh, what's the point? os x already has password access to the account
and parental controls for controlling access for particular apps. just
another desperate attempt at spamming. >> Stay informed about: password protect application in OS X? |
