Sorry - Had the wrong hat on for a minute & it clouded my vision - it's v6.0
for Mac, but available from the same location

Curious - It's what I've been using for my MS Trackball Optical & have had
no problems, but thanks for the reminder.

yes the one off the cd was 5.3
so duly updated

I used to use the MS five button mouse
which was especially good for copy paste

the scroll button preferences drop down menu is dodgy

copy worked like cut

but I allocated control + c to get a copy which did copy

but that has also .. aha confusion over the apple key and its new name
command

now it works

the intersting thing is using a danish oem WinXP sp2 in parallels has a
difffeent effect

so I am installing that driver too on my virtual pc

which disabled the parallels mouse synchronisation tool

so I have to press
control + alt + command
to get the mouse pointer active back in the mac OS

the most fun thing is using windows with an apple danish keyboard
I can never find the @

most embarrassing whne filling forms to copy paste the "@" into my email
address

Now I understand - I have a similar situation with WinXP/VPC 7 on my G5...
And more than enough trouble with US kybd
