Post subject: iChat/Video

I've got a new iSight camera, running Tiger and iChat.

My video is super but I cannot turn on the "invite to video chat" under
Buddies because it is showing it as gray. What am I doing wrong?

I'd begun my text chat with my son but it won't allow him to "lurk."
