exchange mail accounts on macs using Entourage

Hi all, try to get an apple mac to retrieve emails from an exxchange email
account on the network.
I can access my own email account no problem with the mac, but when I try to
retrieve an account that has no specific user account set for it I get no
where, unable to view the mailbox at all.

Can any1 help.

Have you tried adding your user account to the mailbox and then opening it?
In most Exchange environments, your user account has to be associated with
the mailbox before your can access it.
