Remote Desktop Monitoring with Email

Hi everybody!
I'd like to have an alert (email/pager/etc) when every user logon to my
server, it doesnt matter if he use RDP or VNC or whatever tool. I just want
to create a "trigger alert", so when somebody logon using the administrator
user, he will send an email to my mailbox, and we will be better if I can put
this on each user profile, so, in that way I'll aware who logon to my server.
