I've searched google on this and I've seen other people with the same
problem but I have yet to find a solution. When I start quake3 on my
powerbook, the game has the mouse cursor stuck in the center of the
screen. It plays runs fine otherwise, but the cursor where the
crosshair should be detracts from the game a bit. Other games
(quake/quake2) run fine. The mouse pointer also tracks correctly in
NeverWinter Nights.

Anyone see this and know a workaroud?

This is on a 15" powerbook 1.25ghz running Tiger.

Do you have DivX installed? I think I once read that this might cause the
problem you describe. In my case it only occurs with NOLF, but I'm still
running Panther, so the problem might be broader in Tiger.

Yes, I do actually. I'll try removing it and see what happens. Thanks
for the tip!
