Preventing iSight starting iChat

Thanks. Unfortunately it seems that I was running an old version
of iChat which did not have the 'Video' section in preferences. I
use the past tense as in the end I adopted the sledgehammer approach
and simply removed iChat from the system, being too lazy to look
through the configuration files.

I can think of better ways (red wine being one of them) to spend
the 80 quid or so it would cost for Tiger in order to solve such
what is essentially a minor irritation.
