If you have the latest OSX and a graphics card that supports core
video, there should be a Monitors setting in System Preferences to
rotate the image. It will not happen automatically when you turn the
monitor.

I also have a PX191 and display rotation worked fine on my G4
QuickSilver but that had an ATI graphics card and used the ATI control
panel.

I am now using it on my Quad G5 and it has the Nvidia GeForce 7800GT
video card. I can't get any display rotation on that one. Supposedly if
you hold the option key (or option & command) down while clicking on the
Displays preferences, you might get a rotate menu item. That doesn't
work for me.
