No. I mean that, as I understood it, Northwestern's license limits
Simon's possibilities in picking a license for MT-NW.
IANAL and haven't read that license, but I recall multiple discussions
on this here in the past (in which Simon participated, I believe), that
concluded that Northwestern's license prohibits MT-NW from going open
source (as long as it contains original NewsWatcher code, of course).
No doubt Simon could make his own code open source. (How useful that
would be is another issue. I's probably quite interwoven with whatever
Norstad code still there.)
