I just picked up a Newer Tech G3 upgrade card for PDS machines with
a RenderPix daughtercard. This video card was a $1000 item in 1998.
Anyone interested in buying it?

The RenderPIX was a PCI slot video card. Today it is hopelessly
outshined by even the most low end ATI video card. Hope you got the
drivers or you're toast...

This one is definitely pds, as is the cpu card. The video card fits
in a pds slot next to the cpu card, and also connects directly to the
cpu with a ribbon cable, which makes it a bit different than most video
cards. And I do have the drivers -- they're available on the net.
But you're right, there are probably better video cards out there --
maybe not for the pds machines tho.
