Post subject: Marking message for retention using Hogwasher
Archived from groups: comp>sys>mac>apps (more info?)

I usually use MacSoup where this is easy to do. I can't find how to do it in
Hogwasher. i.e. to mark a message as "locked" or "tagged" and thus ensure it
is retained beyond the set purging date.

I do this using an archive. For instance, I have a "mac archive" for useful
Mac things. You create a new archive using the appropriate menu button at
the top of the browser window (second one from left). Then, when you want to
keep something, just select the archive button at the top of the message
list. If you have several archives, you will get a drop-down list giving you
a choice.
