Hi, i;m having a problem with Excel X on an iMac 24' running 10.4.11. When i right-click or control-click excel unexpectedly quits, no mather if it's a blank document or another already used. I've tryed reinstalling entire office, deleting office folder and installing again, cleaning preferences & caches, checking fonts, repairing permissions, reapplying value pack. When it quits leaves on crash reporter the classic EXEC_BAD_ACCESS log. Any idea? I don't want to archive & install only for this

Many Thanks in advance
well, you've tried most of the things I'd suggest, and a few that I
woudn't (such as deleting the office folder - applications almost never
corrupt).

Does this happen if you sign in as another user?

Excel v.X is way old. It may not be fully compatible with Tiger.
Maybe you should consider office 2008?

Have you run *any* Microsoft Office updates?
They used to be available on http://www.microsoft.com/mac
It now appears they have been removed.
