Error Message

I am trying to delete several outgoing messages with photos that is too large
to send. "The message could not be sent because its size exceeded the
server's limit. You can use the option, located in Tools | Accounts |
Properties | Advanced, to break messages into smaller parts. Subject 'Tyler
at Pixieland', Account: 'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'smtp.comcast.net',
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '552 5.2.3 DATA size exceeds maximum
permitted', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 552, Error Number:
0x800CCC6D"

I don't want to break it up, simply just want to delete but don't know how.
Any help will be appreciated.
