If the development work has been done, sure.

I ran it on my Dell Latitude D600, which was only a Centrino. Of course,
there were no drivers for either the wireless or built-in ethernet, but I
was able to Run 10.4.3 (IIRC) and Office 2004. I still have a photo of it
around here someplace, plus the install disk I used.
