Looking for Adobe Photoshop Elements 2 Manual

Hi. I just bought a copy of Adobe Photoshop Elements 2 from a seller
using amazon.com. However, the copy did not come with the manual. I am
wondering if anyone here has the manual as a PDF file and could email it
to me. Please let me know and I'l supply my email address.

Erik, hi. The version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 2 that I received
from the amazon.com seller says on the CD that it is "For Bundles Only.
Not To Be Sold Separately." I didn't realize that the seller was going
to sell me a version of Photoshop Elements with this restriction.
Apparently, the seller didn't abide by it and sold it separately anyway.
In any case, this 'bundled' version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 2 does
not have a 'Documentation' or 'Get Started' folder. If you have a copy
of the PDF, I'd love to get it from you. Please let me know if you are
willing to send it.
